Kale Salad with Garlic
Homemade Kale Salad with Garlic is Paleo, Vegan, AND easy to make. With minimal ingredients, you can refresh your taste buds in minutes.
- 1 Bunch Kale
- 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 TBSP Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 2 TBSP EVOO
- Salt & Pepper
Add EVOO to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in minced garlic and cook until soft.
Rip kale leaves off of their leafy stalk and add to skillet. Add juice from a freshly squeezed orange and cook for 8-12 minutes occasionally stirring until kale is cooked down to the desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
