  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 TBSP Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Add EVOO to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in minced garlic and cook until soft.
  • Rip kale leaves off of their leafy stalk and add to skillet. Add juice from a freshly squeezed orange and cook for 8-12 minutes occasionally stirring until kale is cooked down to the desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
