Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut carrots into very thin strips. Place cut carrots into a large bowl and add in your seasonings. Coat carrots entirely and place on your prepared baking sheet with minimal overlap.
Cook for 20-25 minutes.
