Homemade Spaghetti Sauce
Homemade Spaghetti Sauce that is Paleo, Vegan, AND easy to make. A thick and chunky recipe to turn any dish into a delicious meal.

Heat EVOO in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic, onions, and bell pepper and cook down until onions become soft to touch.
Toss in mushrooms and spinach and stir together.
Add tomato sauce, paste, oregano, pepper, and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 30-45 minutes.
- Top over your spiralized 'noodles,' chicken, or use in your Paleo lasagna
- If you like your sauce more on the runnier side add in a can of diced tomatoes or add more tomato sauce
- Sneak vegetables into your kid's meal by blending sauce after cooling
- Add or remove and vegetables your family likes or dislikes
