Homemade Crockpot Paleo Beef Stroganoff is Paleo, Keto, AND easy to make. Great for busy families or lazy weekends where cooking is out of the question.
Place beef in a crock pot, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add mushrooms, garlic, onions and top with coconut aminos, coconut milk, and beef broth.
Cook for 6 hours on low.
To thicken sauce: whisk together arrowroot and water. Pour into the slow cooker before serving, give it a good stir and enjoy!
