  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat (roughly 375).
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  • Spray skillet with coconut oil. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet forming pancakes. {The recipe should make 12 pancakes total}.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional two minutes or until golden brown.


  • Add fresh fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips by folding them in after blending
  • If you do not have a blender, simply mix the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly pour dry mixture into wet ingredients until everything is evenly combined
