  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line an edged baking sheet with parchment paper and top with a greased oven-safe wire rack. Set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, combine coconut sugar, paprika, ginger, coriander, thyme, allspice, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings and spice until each wing is evenly coated with seasoning.

  4. Line the chicken wings onto the prepared wire rack without overlapping and bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until wings are golden brown and crisp.

  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow wings to cool for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite Paleo-approved dipping sauce.
