  • 1 Pie Pumpkin


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Line an edged baking sheet with tin foil.
  • Remove stem from pumpkin and cut in half.
  • Scrape out the guts of the pumpkin and place the pumpkins cut side down on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 1 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cool.
  • Once cool, scrape the pumpkin out of the skin into a food processor and puree. Add a tablespoon of water at a time as needed.


  • Store in the fridge up to two weeks, can or freeze for longer storage.
