Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Line an edged 9x13 dish with parchment paper.

  3. Cut your sausage links into 1-inch pieces and place on the bottom of your pan.

  4. Disperse spinach and diced onion on top of your sausages.

  5. In a large bowl whisk eggs, nutritional yeast, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic together. Pour contents into your prepared pan.

  6. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove and let rest in your pan until cool.
