Paleo Banana Bread Muffins
Turn your favorite bread into your favorite on-the-go Paleo Banana Bread Muffins! Completely free of grains, refined sugars, and dairy.

Cook Time 20 minutes
Optional: 1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 and line your muffin pan with parchment cups.
In one bowl mash your bananas then stir in whisked egg and vanilla.
In another bowl mix all your dry ingredients together. Make sure there is no clumps!
Slowly pour your dry ingredients into your mashed banana mixture. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
Optional: Fold in chopped walnuts at this time.
- Allow your muffins to cool completely in the muffin pan before removing. Once removed, place them onto a wire rack until ready to eat or store.
