  • Bring a large pot of water to a raging boil. Cut peppers in half and boil for 8-10 minutes. Remove from pot and cool. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix the rest of your ingredients until evenly combined. Stuff pepper halves and sprinkle with fresh dill.
