Homemade Guacamole

Homemade Guacamole that is Paleo AND easy to make. With minimal ingredients, this dish is excellent for a quick afternoon snack or bring to an event.

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 firm tomato diced
  • 1/2 red pepper diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 Cup cilantro
  • 1 freshly squeezed llime
  • 1/2 jalapeno optional
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste (optional)


  • In a medium-sized bowl mash avocado until smooth.
  • Add freshly squeezed lime juice and salt and pepper (optional) to taste.
  • Finely dice all vegetables and fold into the avocado.


Serve with a side of Siete Chips or a plate of colorful vegetables.
