Italian Paleo Quiche
Homemade Italian Paleo Quiche that is Paleo, simple AND easy to make. Hidden under the egg and vegetable filling is an Italian "crusted" layer.

Total Time 1 hour
- 8 large eggs
- 8 oz. mild or spicy Italian sausage
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- 1/2 finely chopped red pepper
- 4 finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 350.
Knead Italian sausage into the bottom of a pie dish
Bake for 25 minutes. (Italian sausage will shrink down)
In a large bowl whisk eggs and baking soda.
Add in chopped vegetables.
Pour on top of cooled and baked Italian sausage.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 30 minutes.
- If you do not have Italian Sausage on hand you can replace it with other meat or skip it and the steps that its included in.
