Ten Minute Pork Chops

Homemade Ten Minute Pork Chops are Paleo AND easy to make. With minimal work to prepare dinner tonight, you can spend extra time with family.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 1 inch thick pork chops bone in
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 TBSP EVOO

Instructions

  • Let pork chops come to room temperature (or close)
  • Heat a cast iron skillet to medium-high. Make sure it is HOT! I usually heat mine for 10+ minutes
  • Salt and pepper both sides to taste
  • Add one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Place pork chops into cast iron skillet. Cook for five minutes then flip over for five more minutes
  • Let pork chops rest on a plate for five minutes before eating

Notes

  • Serve with a side of brussel sprouts and/or sauteed apples

  • You can also use an alternative oil like coconut oil
