  • Preheat oven to 350. Place ingredients in food processor. Blend until evenly combined.
  • Place a large piece of parchment paper down and pour dough onto paper. Top with another sheet of parchment paper.
  • Use a rolling pin to roll out dough evenly and thin without ripping the dough. (about 1/4 inch)
  • Slowly remove top parchment paper and drag your bottom piece of parchment paper with dough onto an oven safe baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Let cool on baking sheet. Once cool cut to your desired length and width with a pizza cutter.


  • Due to the baking soda, the graham cracker mix will raise. Make sure to spread thin and evenly as possible without ripping
  • If you can not tolerate butter, you can substitute with coconut oil or palm shortening
