Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs

Homemade Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs that are Paleo AND easy to make. Great for the main dish with a side of vegetables or use as a salad topping.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Line an edged baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper. Place an oven safe rack on it and top with chicken thighs skin side up.
  • Brush skin with extra virgin olive oil.
  • In a small bowl combine your spices and stir until evenly combined.
  • Sprinkle on top of chicken until well coated.
  • Baked for 30-35 minutes or until your thighs reach a temperature of 175F.
