  • Preheat oven to 200
  • Line an edged baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Put your dried pumpkin seeds into a large bowl
  • Add two tablespoons melted bacon grease
  • Salt to taste and pour onto the prepared baking sheet with minimal overlap
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes.
  • During the last 5-minutes turn the oven up to 375 for a crispier seed
