Homemade Chocolate Covered Cherries are Paleo, Vegan, AND easy to make. Great for any late night sweet tooth or for a mid-day snack.

  1. In an edged baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small saucepan over low heat melt chocolate.

  3. Once the chocolate has melted; dump your dried cherries in and stir until they are evenly coated.

  4. Dump your chocolate covered cherries onto your prepared sheet and spread out. Sprinkle with sea salt {if desired}.

  5. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes to dry.
