Serve these Ten Minute Pork Chops with a side of steamed brussel sprouts and sauteed apples

Hi, Mama! I never really like pork chops until I started making them myself. It didn’t take me long to uncover the secret to perfectly seasoned, moist, and mouth-watering Ten Minute Pork chops.

Homemade Ten Minute Pork Chops are Paleo AND easy to make. With minimal work to prepare dinner tonight, you can spend extra time with family.

It is not the cut of meat that makes these pork chops perfect (although, I do suggest bone in) rather how you prepare them.

Growing up we ate a lot of pork chops. I’m assuming because pork is relatively cheap compared to its other farm-raised friends.

The pork chops I ate growing up were always overcooked and breaded with shake and bake. (Thanks mom).

Shake and bake, baby!

The Pork Chop Story

If you have been keeping up with the ins and outs of my life with two toddler boys, you know, my old school mom does not have the most exceptional track record when it comes to cooking (or baking).

When I left the house at eighteen, I realized I not only had to clean but I also had to cook.

Anyone that says they can’t wait to move out of the house will come to realize it is best to stay, even if you are fed overcooked pork.

So, knowing nothing about food I was left to either starve or make the only thing I knew, overcooked and breaded pork chops.

I actually made my mom’s famous overcooked pork chops for my husband when we first started dating. He is still alive. Thank goodness.
