These sweet potato fries are naturally free of grains, gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, legumes, and all things processed. Meaning, you can indulge without worrying about your glycemic index or cheating on your dietary restrictions. Making these non-traditional fries a perfect side dish {or snack}!

Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 Peeled Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 TBSP EVOO
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon {optional}
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Line an edged baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut sweet potatoes into thin strips. Place in a large bowl and add the rest of your ingredients. Coat sweet potatoes entirely and place on your prepared baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
