  • 2 Peeled Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 TBSP EVOO
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon (optional)
  • Salt & Pepper

Time needed: 30 minutes.

How to Bake Sweet Potato Paleo Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Line an edged baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut sweet potatoes into thin strips. Place in a large bowl and add the rest of your ingredients.

  3. Coat sweet potatoes entirely and place on your prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

  • Best baked on middle oven rack
  • Dip into your favorite condiment ketchup, ranch, mayo
