I love making these as a snack, but they go great as a side as well.

They are super easy to make as they only require two ingredients; the sweet potato itself, and coconut oil. (Plus, a little salt and pepper).

You can’t get much simpler than that!

How to Make Paleo Sweet Potato Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Using a mandolin slicer and slice sweet potatoes on the thinnest setting leaving the skin on.

  3. Place sliced sweet potatoes onto an oven-safe wire rack on top of a baking sheet.

  4. Spray liberally with coconut oil, salt, and pepper as desired.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
