Hi, Mama! Everyone thinks their Chili is the best, but the truth is my Simple Paleo Chili in the Crockpot is!

Just kidding, but I do think very highly of it, as does my family and you will too!

Homemade Simple Paleo Chili in the crockpot is Paleo AND easy to make. Enjoy this meal for dinner or make extras for leftovers.

This chili is loaded with vegetables and meat, seasoned to perfection, free from unnecessary additives, and those nasty things called beans. My hate for beans and my love for bacon is the real reason I could never become a Vegan.

Plus, the Paleo life is way cooler.

So, why hate beans? The reality is, legumes (the scientific name for a bean) contain a thing called phytic acid. Phytic acid adheres itself to the nutrients in food, preventing your body from absorbing the nutrients it needs, plus it’s loaded with unnecessary carbs.

Fall is in full swing here in Wisconsin! Which is hard to believe since last week it was 80 degrees, and today it is colder than a witches titties! BRRRRRRR!!

In fact, it makes for the perfect Chili eating weather. Who doesn’t love warming up with a hot bowl of Simple Paleo Chili in the Crockpot?

I love pairing my Chili with a side of Simple Mills Sea Salt Crackers.

These crackers are great for dipping or crumbling on top while keeping this dish 100% healthful.

If you have someone in your household with a tree nut allergy, it is best to indulge far away from them as possible as they are made with almond flour.

The Making of Simple Paleo Chili

I’ve come along way over the years. I say that because my Chili used to be not so Paleo… or healthy for that matter.

My aforementioned Chili contained loads of beans, a pre-made Chili, canned tomatoes with additives (I dare not mention), and topped with sour cream and cheese. Oh, and a side of boxed cornbread.

Honestly, that has my inner fat girl screaming (the cornbread part) but times have changed and so have I. So, no cornbread with this meal or any meal for that matter.
