Reese’s Knock-Off Paleo Easter Eggs

Paleo Reese's Eggs

  • I Cup Paleo Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Sunflower Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 4 TBSP Maple Syrup


  1. In a mixing bowl combine sunflower butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup.

  2. Using a tablespoon scoop mixture into balls and shape into eggs.

  3. Place eggs on a parchment paper lined sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes.

  4. While your eggs are freezing melt your chocolate.

  5. After ten minutes remove eggs from the freezer. Using a fork dip eggs and cover with chocolate. Place dipped eggs back on parchment paper and place in the fridge to harden.

  6. Store in fridge.
