Just kidding, you know full well that shits been out all year round, but I always wait until the first frost to start drinking my favorite Pumpkin Spice Primal Latte.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Hot Coffee
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 4 TBSP Pumpkin Puree
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1/2 TSP Vanilla
- 1 Scoop Paleo Perfection Grass-Fed Protein Powder Optional
Time needed: 5 minutes.
How to Make a Homemade Pumpkin Spice Primal Latte
- Place hot coffee, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, honey, vanilla, and optional protein powder into a blender.
- Blend for 30-45 seconds until you reach your desired consistency.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and walnuts for a finishing touch.
