  1. Bring a large pot of water to a raging boil.

  2. Cut peppers in half and boil for 8-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from pot and cool. Salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Mix the rest of your ingredients until evenly combined. Stuff pepper halves and sprinkle with fresh dill.
