How to Make Paleo Tortillas with only Three Ingredients

  1. Whisk arrowroot, water, egg, and melted coconut oil together.

  2. Pour three tablespoons of mix into a small greased skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Cook for two minutes, flip, cook for an additional two.

Tips & Tricks

  • This recipe will make four tortillas, but you can always double it (and make eight) for larger families or company
  • Best if eaten the same day
