Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mash bananas in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk in eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.

  3. In a medium sized bowl mix together coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until evenly combined.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased or parchment lined bread pan.

  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Cool in pan, cut, and enjoy.
