I am a sucker for fried chicken. Who isn’t, right?!

I usually make my homemade super addicting honey mustard dipping sauce (recipe below) and is very easy to make while the chicken tenders are frying. This sauce can be used as a dressing or marinade as well!

Each bite is crisp and moist, leaving your mouth watering for more.

Ingredients

Time needed: 15 minutes.

How to Make Fried Paleo Chicken Tenders

  1. Heat coconut oil in an 8-inch cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. (About 10 minutes).

  2. In a medium bowl combine tapioca flour, shredded coconut, paprika, salt,and pepper.

  3. In a separate bowl whisk the egg. 

  4. Place chicken tenders (one at a time) into whisked egg (let any access egg drip off) and then transfer to flour mixture. Coat both sides of chicken graciously.

  5. Transfer to a plate until ready to fry.

  6. Place tenders into your heated skillet and fry 4-5 minutes and then flip for additional 4-5 minutes.

  7. Transfer to a paper towel to let any excess grease drip off.
