Hi, Mama! I love nothing more than a delicious batch of brownies during that “special” monthly visit from aunt flow. It’s my only excuse to indulge in a batch of these Ooey Gooey Paleo Brownies without the guilt.

Homemade Paleo Brownies that is Paleo AND easy to make. Great for an after-school snack or kicking that sweet tooth to the curb.

A delicious naturally sweetened chocolate Paleo treat sure to please all your cravings any day of the week.

With the holidays in full swing and parties to attend, you are bound to sneak in a few “not so Paleo” sweet desserts. Hey, no judgment here. My weak link is the dessert table. I’ll admit its hard just to have “one.”

Homemade Paleo Brownies that is Paleo AND easy to make. Great for an after school-snack or kicking that sweet tooth to the curb.

Ingredients

Time needed: 40 minutes.

How to Make Paleo Brownies Ooey Gooey Style

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Line an edge 8-inch glass pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium-sized bowl combine almond flour, salt, and cacao. Stir until ingredients are evenly combined.

  3. In a large bowl blend almond butter, eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla together on medium speed.

  4. Slowly pour your dry ingredients into your blended wet ingredients. Blend on low or stir together until combined.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips and then pour into your prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

  6. Cool in pan then remove to cut.
