This week marked the first week back to school for us. (Summer flew by quicker than a flock of geese). Just when we got our Summer routine down we are now back to square one. After school time turns into a soap opera of overly tried and whiny children, dinner time turns into snack time, and bedtime has turned into a war zone.

Does it ever end?

Ingredients

Time needed: 30 minutes.

How to Make a One Pan Paleo 30-Minute Maple Glazed Chicken & Vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 425 and line an edged baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.

  2. Peel and dice sweet potatoes, carrots, and onion. Place cut up vegetables into a large bowl.

  3. Cut chicken breast into 1×1 inch chunks into the vegetable bowl.

  4. Add in maple syrup, chili powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Spread ingredients onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
