- 1 Bunch Kale
- 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 TBSP Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 2 TBSP EVOO
- Salt & Pepper
Time needed: 15 minutes.
How to Make a Paleo and Vegan Garlic Kale Salad
- Add EVOO to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in minced garlic and cook until soft.
- Rip kale leaves off of their leafy stalk and add to skillet.
- Add juice from a freshly squeezed orange and cook for 8-12 minutes occasionally stirring until kale is cooked down to the desired consistency.
Salt and pepper to taste.
