Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 TBSP Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 2 TBSP EVOO
  • Salt & Pepper

Time needed: 15 minutes.

How to Make a Paleo and Vegan Garlic Kale Salad

  1. Add EVOO to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in minced garlic and cook until soft.

  2. Rip kale leaves off of their leafy stalk and add to skillet.

  3. Add juice from a freshly squeezed orange and cook for 8-12 minutes occasionally stirring until kale is cooked down to the desired consistency.

    Salt and pepper to taste.
