Juicy Mouth-Watering Burgers
Mouth-Watering Paleo Burger Wrapped in Lettuce and Topped with Sauteed Onions and Mushrooms
One (of the many) things I’ve learned on this crazy, beautiful, Paleo journey is, you don’t have to give up the foods you appreciate! If you know me; I love Juicy Mouth-Watering Burgers (smothered with sauteed mushrooms and onions).
The thought of that wishes I could fast forward to dinner and engulf my burger smothered in Homemade Paleo Mayo, caramelized onions, and mushrooms.
I always thought the word ‘hamburger’ was kind of silly (Although, I think most of the English language is ridiculous). A topic for a different day…
The term hamburger comes from its original origins of Hamburg, Germany. I took German for twelve years and remembered very little, but I can educate you on a burger. 😉
Juicy Mouth-Watering Burgers
There are many types of burgers; turkey, bison, veggie, and salmon… but a 100% grass-fed organic beef burger still holds the key to my heart, and always will.
Burgers get a bad rep, they are deemed as unhealthy and are the primary feature at many fast-food restaurants. Yes, most of those burgers are very unhealthy.
They are mass-produced and contain cost-saving fillers like flour, vegetable proteins, ammonia-treated beef trimmings, and chemicals. Your “all-beef-burger” is not “all” beef. (SHOCKER)?
Nothing is more satisfying than making a home-cooked (healthy) meal. You’ll never go out to eat for a hamburger again with this recipe.
While there are many ways to make a burger, this is by far my families favorite. It is a healthy alternative to your everyday comfort food. Stop reading and start eating!!
