Italian Paleo Quiche

Paleo, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Minimal Ingredients – On-the-Go Breakfast

Hi, Mama! I am going a little outside of the box by calling this a quiche, as it lacks the pastry crust. It does, in fact, have a crust just not the traditional kind you are thinking of. Hidden under the egg and vegetable filling is an Italian “crusted” layer. Hence the name Italian Paleo Quiche.

Homemade Italian Paleo Quiche that is Paleo, simple AND easy to make. Hidden under the egg and vegetable filling is an Italian “crusted” layer.

I love making quiches for breakfast.

This Italian Paleo Quiche is such a time saver. Plus, I usually remember to eat since it is already prepared for me. This recipe is also nice for the on-the-go husband to quick scarf down before he runs off to work or workout in the morning.

Enjoy a Quiche that is gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, soy-free, sugar-free, peanut/tree nut-free, and 100% delicious.

My kids even enjoy eating this. *SHOCKER*

This Italian Paleo Quiche is easy to make and can quickly be thrown together the night before. I usually can get two breakfast’s out of this recipe with a family of two adults and two toddlers. We have created this for a family brunch and also dinner a few times. (I was having on one of those days, “I’m too lazy to make dinner tonight).” On “those nights,” we usually eat breakfast, leftovers, or both!

Make it Your Way

When making a quiche, there are so many different renditions you can come up with. This is by far my families favorite! It is flavorful, delicious, and contains all our favorite vegetables in one.

What’s best about this recipe is the ingredients are interchangeable. If you don’t like something, replace it! Want to add something, add it!

You will never eat the same quiche ever again!

You can also make a traditional quiche by making a Paleo crust. I’ve played around and made a sweet potato crust and I’ve used coconut mama’s sweet or savory crust. Both were great and would use them again but they require a little extra effort.

On that note, You’ll want to make this effortless Paleo quiche tonight and warm yourself up a BIG piece tomorrow morning!
