Homemade Guacamole

Paleo, Vegan, Minimal Ingredients, Fresh, Homemade – App

Hi, Mama! You’ll never believe this (or maybe you will), I just bought rock hard organic avocados yesterday and today they are softer than a babies bottom! What gives? Well, this Paleo Homemade Guacamole.

Homemade Guacamole that is Paleo AND easy to make. With minimal ingredients, this dish is excellent for a quick afternoon snack or bring to an event.

It must have been the lousy picking on my two-year-olds part.

Hey, don’t judge!

Someone needs to take the blame for my almost rotting avocados.

Homemade Guacamole – The Story

If you don’t know yet, I am a frugal housewife. Not only do I love saving a few pennies (literally), but I also hate wasting food. Whether I have to cut off the rotting part or throw it in our compost bin, it is not going in the landfill with our poopy diapers.

With the three ‘softer than a babies bottom‘ avocados, I made a batch of my husband’s famous Homemade Guacamole. I totally have to give him credit for this recipe, mainly because it’s the right thing to do.

Not only were my avocados going bad, but so was half the other produce I bought yesterday. I did a lot more cutting and dicing than I anticipated.
