Herb Pork Chops – Shake and Bake, baby!

Jump to Recipe

Growing up we ate a lot of pork chops. They were always overcooked and over breaded with shake and bake. {ew}

Shake and bake, baby!

I didn’t always have a love for cooking or a clean track record when it came to functioning around the kitchen. Surprise!

So, when I left the house at eighteen, I realized I not only had to clean but I also had to cook to survive.

Anyone that says they can’t wait to move out of the house will come to realize it is best to stay, even if you are fed overcooked pork chops and killer (not the good kind) meatloaf.

I actually made my mom’s famous overcooked pork chops for my husband when we first started dating.

He is still alive.
