I feel as if we’ve been friends for a while now and I’m comfortable enough in our relationship that I am ready to admit (some of) my flaws. Before changing my lifestyle, I disliked Salmon, hell, I hated all fish unless it was breaded, fried, and drenched in tartar sauce.

As my lifestyle changed, so did my taste buds and my outlook on food. I’ve become more open to trying and experimenting with new ingredients and foods I’ve disliked in the past.

I now love Salmon and most other fish. I honestly can not get enough these Paleo Baked Salmon Patties.

How to Make Paleo Baked Salmon Patties

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl mix ingredients and form into patties.

  3. Place salmon patties on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.

  • Top with spicy aioli (recipe below)and wrap in lettuce.
