Paleo, Minimal Ingredients, Gluten Free, Allergy Friendly Snack

Hi, Mama! Did you know Bacon Roasted Pumpkin Seeds are a delicious and healthy thing?!

Homemade Bacon Roasted Pumpkin Seeds are Paleo AND easy to make. Great for a quick snack or munch on while watching a late night movie.

We are counting down the days until Halloween in our household. Mainly for the candy aspect. Yes, I cheat on my “diet” during the holidays. (I believe everything in moderation). My oldest has a peanut allergy, so someone has to eat all those nasty Reese Peanut Butter Cups.

It’s a hard life being a mom.

With Halloween right around the corner, we still have yet to carve pumpkins, buy costumes, and figure out what neighborhood to go trick-r-treating in.

It is a tad comical how things change over the years. When my first son was born, we jumped the gun on every holiday.

Okay, not “we” just me. First-time mom syndrome.

It’s a thing.

I had the house decorated weeks before any given celebration; outfits picked out, everything planned and arranged in advance. After our second son was born, things became different.

I have not decorated, no costumes picked out, nothing planned, and I’m just trying to make it day by day without losing my sanity.

Don’t get me wrong, I love being a stay at home mom but some days there isn’t enough wine and chocolate to heal these wounds.

Finally, after all these years, I perfected the perfect roasted pumpkin seed.
Yes, it took me years paired with a lot of swearing, Pinterest fails, and the smell of burnt pumpkin seeds stuck in my nose for days.
I got the trick to your treat down with these delicious Bacon Roasted Pumpkin Seeds.

These Bacon Roasted Pumpkin Seeds make for a nutritious snack whether it’s for on-the-go, mixed in a homemade trail mix, or just munching on them as you binge-watch your newest addiction.
